You’re absolutely not bothering me at all! You can come talk to me any time. I’m really sorry to hear you had an anxiety attack. If this is a common problem for you, perhaps you could consider telling a few people you trust at school about it, maybe a guidance teacher, so that they can learn how to help you and you can go to them if you need to?

A few things I know of that help anxiety are breathing techniques where you focus on your breathing, they mostly involve taking slow breaths so as to stop yourself hyperventilating, since that’s a very main problem that tends to happen with anxiety, and there’s a natural remedy called Rescue Remedy which I’ve found to help me with anxiety attacks before. You don’t need to get it prescribed or anything since it’s not a drug, you can either get it online or ask for it in a health store.

I’m really sorry I’ve not been on here much lately. I’ve been trying to take care of myself, and that has meant neglecting this blog a bit. I will try and get back to coming on regularly, but I might need to take a little break again. It’s important that I look after myself, and I don’t want to be offering my support to people if I’m not actually able to talk to them about things because that’s not gonna be good for either of us. I still love you guys though and I hope you can all see what fantastic, special human beings you are! Take care! Xo

14 Days Project is a project I’ve created to try and help people recovering from addictions, or who just want encouragement to get from one day to the next. It has the basic structure of an advent calendar, with a link per day to something entertaining online. There are 3 different sets so that if you relapse and want to do it again you can do a different one instead of repeating, or if you like it and want to do the others then you can continue by doing all three.
